The pain
What this feature fixes.
The important message went to a personal number.
A tenant reports a leak to whichever staff member they have a number for. That person goes on leave. The message sits in a private WhatsApp nobody else can see, and the clock runs.
Tenant portals go unused.
Portals require a password a tenant sets once and never uses again. When something goes wrong at 11pm they reach for the app on their home screen, and that app is not yours.
The report arrives in a language nobody triages.
A tenant describes a problem in their first language, or in words that don't map to your job categories. It gets misfiled, misprioritised, or ignored until it escalates.
