Your curated trades · Scoped access · Photo at every status
The job goes to a real person, with the history attached.
Not a text with an address in it. A dispatched job carrying the report, the photos, the property detail and the access notes — to a tradesperson who can see that job and nothing else.

The pain
What this feature fixes.
Dispatch by text loses the context.
The tradesperson gets an address and a sentence. They arrive without the photos, without the access code, and without knowing what was already tried. So they come back twice.
Giving a contractor access is all or nothing.
Either they get a login that sees more of your business than it should, or they get nothing and you become the relay between them and every piece of information they need.
The job closes and the evidence evaporates.
Work done, invoice paid, and the only record that it happened properly is a photo on someone's phone and a memory of a phone call.
How it works
What you get when you turn this on.
- Dispatch to your own curated Power Team, not an open marketplace
- The report, the photos and the property detail travel with the job
- Tradespeople see the jobs assigned to them and nothing else
- Photo capture at every status change, held offline until the server confirms it
- The same install serves operator, tradesperson and tenant — opened from a link
- Every assignment, status change and note stamped onto the tenancy record

With and without
The operating-day difference.
Without Evidix
- A text with an address and a vague description
- A second visit because the first had no detail
- A contractor login that sees your whole business
- Proof of works that lives in a paid invoice
With Evidix
- A dispatched job carrying the full context
- Photos and history in the tradesperson's hand on arrival
- Access scoped to their own assigned jobs
- Before, during and after, dated and attached to the property
